NASHVILLE, TN – A 68-year-old man passed away after crashing his SUV into a semi-truck and then a second SUV on I-65 Tuesday.
This collision happened near Rosa Parks Boulevard, according to FOX 17. While details behind this fatal wreck are still in the works, Metro Police suspect the victim was trying to merge lanes when he first collided with the semi-truck before returning to his lane and then hitting another truck.
After ambulance crews arrived, they rushed the victim to the scene where he died. Authorities have since identified the man as Steve Van Corum.
It is unclear if the other parties were injured.
