ENOREE, SC – A driver of a fire truck was airlifted to a hospital after they struck a big rig driver turning left onto Cross Anchor Road from I-26 after 2:15 p.m. Thursday.
The impact of the collision led the fire truck to eventually come to rest in an embankment, Fox Carolina said.
As it stands, the fire truck driver is in stable condition, while the big rig driver was able to escape injuries.
