News: 5 hospitalized after North Austin multi-auto wreck with semi 

NORTH AUSTIN, TX – A 6-vehicle wreck, which included a semi-truck, sent four adults and one child to local hospitals Friday, Austin Travis County Emergency Medical Services said. 

This collision happened before 11 a.m. in the 1000 block of northbound Interstate Highway 35. 

An ambulance took the four adults and one child to Dell Seton Medical Center and Dell Children’s for treatment of minor injuries. The Austin Fire Department was also summoned to the scene and confirmed that nine others were evaluated. Out of all these evaluated, five were uninjured, and four (who appeared to have sustained some physical harm) declined to be taken to a hospital. 

Authorities have not released other information at this time.
