ADAM JONES

M. Adam Jones’ practice centers around cases involving wrongful death, personal injury, trucking accidents, and business/commercial litigation. Adam has a reputation as a skilled litigator, having obtained multiple multi-million settlements and verdicts, including the then-largest verdict in the history of Houston County, Alabama. He has been named by the National Trial Lawyers Association as one of the Top 100 trial lawyers in the state of Alabama every year since 2007. Adam holds a Martindale-Hubbell “AV Preeminent” rating from his peers, the highest rating possible for professional ethics and legal ability, and has a perfect 10.0 ‘Top Lawyer’ rating by Avvo.com. He has also been designated a “Superlawyer” by Superlawyers.com.
After obtaining his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama, Adam attended Faulkner University’s Jones School of Law in Montgomery, Alabama, where he earned his law degree in 1998. Adam handles cases in all circuit courts throughout the State of Alabama and has appeared before the Alabama Supreme Court, the Alabama Court of Appeals, the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He is admitted to practice in all Alabama counties, as well as all Federal District Courts, and is a member of the American Bar Association, the National Trial Lawyers Association, the Alabama Association for Justice, and the Houston County Bar Association, of which he is a former member of the Board of Trustees.
Adam currently serves as President of the Houston-Henry County Chapter of the National Alumni Association for the University of Alabama. He is a former member of the Board of Directors for the Wiregrass Children’s Home, a privately funded haven for abused and neglected children. He and his wife, Pam, reside in Dothan. In his spare time, Adam enjoys playing live music, attending Crimson Tide football games, and spending time at the lake.
