TOWN OF JACKSON, WI – One person was killed and another was injured in a collision involving a van and a semi truck last Friday morning, FOX 6 Milwaukee reports.
According to authorities, the accident occurred at the intersection of Division and Spring Valley Roads just before 11 am. Officers responding to the scene found the van crashed into the rear of the semi and engulfed in flames.
The driver of the van was pronounced dead at the scene. The truck driver was transported to a nearby hospital with minor injuries.
The accident remains under investigation.
