MONTGOMERY COUNTY, VA – A tractor-trailer driver managed to escape injuries after their truck overturned and landed on its side on I-81 North on Friday, April 26th.
The Virginia Department of Transportation told WFXR TV that they shut down all lanes for two hours so crews could clean the dirt and plants that spilled onto the road from the truck.
All lanes have reopened since. Montgomery County Fire-Ems Department and Virginia State Police were also summoned to the scene. They have not disclosed the events leading to this collision.
