MCLEAN, VA – A tire fell off a tractor-trailer on I-495, which caused the driver to lose control and the truck to then overturn Monday, FFXNow reported.
After arriving around 7:30 a.m., Virginia State Police shut down all northbound lanes for two hours before reopening the two left northbound lanes two hours later at approximately 9:30 a.m. Amid closures, drivers were advised to take the Georgetown Pike.
State Police did not report any injuries.
