AUSTIN, TX – Austin Fire crews were able to extinguish the flames from a big rig with combustibles outside the Tesla Gig Texas factory Wednesday.
Tesla employees did what they could to prevent the fire from spreading prior to firefighters (who arrived around 8 a.m. ) putting out the flames, CBS Austin revealed.
The Hazmat Task Force was also called to the scene, as it appears their services were no longer required after Austin fire crews said the result was not hazardous.
Officials still have not revealed whether the fire was caused by medical issues or resulted from a collision, but they confirmed that no one was injured.
