NASHVILLE, TN – The Tennessee Department of Transportation closed I-65 North along Briley Parkway for more than an hour Friday due to a crash between a motorcycle and a flatbed truck.
TDOT told WKRN that this collision happened before 5 p.m. and closures lasted until 6:26 p.m. after crews cleared the area. During those closures, drivers were requested to take Exit 90A and return to the ramp per the usual scene clearance and investigation process.
Delays could be seen toward the Cumberland River. Authorities have not specified the circumstances behind this crash or said if anyone sustained injuries or made mentions of hospitalizations.
