TDOT crews respond to double semi wreck with spilled paint in McEwen 

MCEWEN, TN – Teenene Department of Transportation Crews had several hours of clean up ahead of them after a two semi-truck wreck that caused some paint pigment to spill onto the road. 

This collision occurred on I-40 East near the intersection of Gray Branch Road and Old Beaver Creek Road at mile marker 158, WSMW says. Smoke was also seen permeating in the air after the two trucks made contact. After some closures, crews reopened one eastbound lane to accommodate the flow of traffic. 

At this time, authorities have not confirmed if anyone was injured, hospitalized, or specified the contributing factors behind this wreck.
