Fuel spills after collision with tanker truck in Campbell Co.

CAMPBELL CO, TN – When a pickup truck and a tanker truck collided on I-75 North, it led the pickup to overturn and the tanker truck to spill diesel fuel Wednesday. 

The Tennessee Department of Transportation told WVLTV that the truck spilled around 20 gallons of fuel. Crews had to shut down the area for an extended amount of time in order to clean up the significant amounts of debris and remove the vehicles from the site. 

It is unclear what caused this crash, if anyone was injured or hospitalized, or if anyone will face charges or citations for this collision.
