MARYVILLE, TN – A driver was rushed to the hospital after a dump truck crashed into the Dollar General in Maryville on Thursday afternoon.
According to WBIR, the truck hit multiple powerlines on US-411 before going airborne and crashing into the back of the store located near Big Z Drive.
First responders found the driver lying on the ground and immediately transported him to a hospital. Details concerning his identity or the extent of his injuries are unclear at this time.
Fortunately, no one inside the Dollar General was hurt.
