NORTH CHARLESTON, SC – Two car occupants lost their lives after their vehicle collided with a cement truck northwest of the Charleston International Airport last Saturday.
This crash occurred around 3:30 a.m. at the Ashley Phosphate Road and Peppermill Parkway intersection, according to ABC News 4.
