1 life claimed, 2 hurt in three three-tractor-trailer crash in Bath Township 

BATH TOWNSHIP, OH – A multi-vehicle crash involving three tractor-trailers led to one person’s death and injured two others on Wednesday.

The collision took place after 10 a.m. on the I-77 South ramp connecting to State Route 81, and led one of the trucks to catch fire, according to Home Town Stations.

Bath, Lima, and Terry Township fire crews extinguished the truck fire. Lane closures were enacted for three hours.

Authorities have not disclosed the physical condition of the surviving occupants or released the deceased victim’s name.
