NEAR AULANDER, NC – North Carolina State Highway Patrol confirmed a propane truck caught on fire after it was rear-ended by a speeding driver on NC 11 Monday.

The speeding driver, identified as 35-year-old Javion Elliot, was “charged with failing to reduce speed.”
