RALEIGH, NC – A crash between a semi-truck and a car on I-40 East called for a several-hour shutdown on the interstate just before Fayetteville Road Tuesday.
The collision happened after 1:45 a.m., and all lanes reopened before 7:30 a.m., according to ABC 11.
