TERRY, MS – A log truck accident on Interstate 55 injured two and shut down the highway for several hours early Tuesday Morning, WAPT 16 reports.
The crash occurred in the northbound lanes of I-55 when a log truck overturned near the 76-mile marker. The truck’s cargo spilled out across the highway.
The driver of the log truck and another driver in an SUV were transported to a local hospital with unknown injuries.
The crash is under investigation by Mississippi Highway Patrol.
