DENHAM SPRINGS, LA – Louisiana Department of Transportation was called to a two-truck collision that occurred last Wednesday, June 25, USA Today reports.
Authorities said the events unraveled when the driver of a DB Schenker truck crashed into a bucket truck. An electrical worker was inside the bucket truck’s cherry picker at the time of the crash, and the impact caused the worker to then flip upside down.
The worker was repairing a traffic light prior to the collision, authorities said.
Officials did not disclose the exact location of the crash or say if the worker was injured.
