HOFFMAN ESTATES, IL – Two people were hurt, and one person was arrested Monday following a multi-vehicle crash involving an 18-wheeler in Cook County, Illinois.
According to abc 7 Chicago, the collision occurred shortly before 2 a.m. on I-90 near Barrington Road in Hoffman Estates, which is around 32 miles northwest of Chicago.

Authorities arrested the driver of one of the vehicles involved in the first crash on DUI charges.
Officials closed the westbound side of I-90 for just over six hours while crews worked at the scene.
