SANDY SPRINGS, GA – Several lanes of I-285 were shut down after a semi-truck hauling frozen chicken overturned on Wednesday evening.
According to WSB, the crash occurred at about 6 p.m. in the eastbound lanes of the interstate near the Chattahoochee River overpass.
A total of seven vehicles were involved in the crash. One of which, a semi-truck, spilled thousands of pounds of frozen chicken across the interstate. A van also involved in the crash spilled boxes across the roadway.
