GSP investigates Hall County rollover crash involving chicken truck

HALL COUNTY, GA — A chicken truck overturned during a crash last Wednesday afternoon, January 17, in Lula, according to accessWDUN.

The accident had the busy intersection of Lula Road and Old Cornelia Highway (Georgia State Highway 52) blocked in the immediate aftermath, with at least a partial closure remaining in place for hours as crews tended to the scene.

It was unclear what events led up to the rollover, but social media posts issued by the Hall County Sheriff’s Office indicated that the Georgia State Patrol was leading an investigation.

No information regarding potential injuries or pending charges has been made available.
