BUFORD, GA – A FedEx truck driver was hospitalized for serious wounds after his truck slammed into the side of a house on Tattersall Terrace NE Tuesday.
This collision happened after 4 p.m., causing significant damage to the home, according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
The damage was so severe that the fire department’s technical team determined the structural integrity was compromised. So, due to the harm, fire crew officials used a bolster to keep the home from collapsing until building inspector specialists could arrive and pursue the necessary repairs.
Gwinnett Police have not confirmed what prompted the driver to lose control of the truck nor provided additional information surrounding this crash.
