Crews tend to potato spill after truck overturns on I-75 near Marietta

COBB COUNTY, GA — A rollover truck crash Friday morning left a load of potatoes scattered across Interstate 75 near southeast Marietta, according to 11Alive.

The accident happened on a stretch of I-75 past Delk Road (Exit 261). 11Alive first reported on it at 9:09 a.m., when crews were still working on clearing the items from the roadway.

It’s unclear what led up to the accident and whether another vehicle was involved, but no travel lanes were reported blocked, and no injuries have been confirmed.
