HABERSHAM COUNTY, GA — Three people, including two children, were injured as a result of a crash Friday afternoon in northwest Cornelia, reports Now Habersham.
The accident happened in front of the Habersham Village Circle shopping center off U.S. Highway 441 at about 12:40 p.m.
According to the Georgia State Patrol, a six-wheeled box truck and a Toyota 4Runner SUV were involved in a collision that left two young children and an adult with unspecified injuries.
All three patients were transported to Gainesville’s Northeast Georgia Medical Center.
At least part of the highway and area roadways were impacted by delays for nearly an hour.
