LEE COUNTY, GA — Georgia State Patrol troopers responded to a two-truck collision Thursday afternoon on State Highway 32 near southwest Oakfield, according to WALB.
The accident was reported on the eastbound lanes of GA-32 at the intersection with southbound GA-300. WALB first reported on the event at 1:21 p.m.
Little information has been made available, but one semi-truck was waiting at a stop sign on westbound GA-32 when they failed to yield to a second semi, which was traveling southbound on GA-300 through the intersection. Shortly after, the second semi slammed into the side of trailer of the first semi.
Authorities have not released any information regarding potential injuries at this time.
