Two Killed in Florida Semi-Truck Collision

SUWANNEE COUNTY, FL – Two people were killed in a fiery collision involving a semi-truck on I-75 early Sunday morning, WCTV reports.

According to Florida Highway Patrol, the accident occurred at mile marker 440 around 2 am. The semi-truck collided with an SUV, causing the SUV to hit the guardrails and catch fire.

The driver of the SUV and a passenger were pronounced dead at the scene. The truck driver and a passenger did not sustain any injuries.
