ORLANDO, FL – A portion of I-4 near Disney World was shut down on Tuesday morning following a deadly crash, according to WFTV.
Troopers say a pedestrian was attempting to cross the interstate near the Epcot Center Drive overpass at about 1:25 a.m. when he was hit by a westbound semi-truck.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. He has since been identified as a 61-year-old resident of Orlando.
The truck driver was unhurt and remained at the scene.
