LEESBURG, FL – A person was killed, and another was injured, in a semi truck collision on CR-473 Monday morning, Yahoo! News reports.
According to authorities, the collision occurred near Lake Eustis Drive around 5:53 am. It involved a Ford F-150 pickup and a semi truck.
The driver of the F-150 was pronounced dead at the scene. A passenger in the pickup was transported to a nearby hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The semi truck driver and a passenger were unharmed.
The accident remains under investigation.
