Man Killed in Florida Semi-Truck Collision

BRADFORD COUNTY, FL – A man was killed when his vehicle collided with a semi-truck at a Southwest County Road 27 intersection near Starke on Wednesday morning, WCJB reports.

According to Florida Highway Patrol, the semi-truck was pulling out of a private logging road west of Southwest 70th Avenue around 5:20 am when an eastbound vehicle crashed into the back of the semi’s trailer.

The 24-year-old driver of the car was pronounced dead at the scene.
