MARTIN CO., FL – Hazmat crews in Stuart were called to the scene of a multi-vehicle crash involving a tractor-trailer in Martin’s Crossing Tuesday morning.
According to CBS 12, a passenger vehicle was traveling on Kanner Highway approaching I-95 when it was involved in a crash with a tractor-trailer. The truck then crashed over the median, breaking the oil pan open.
One person reportedly suffered minor injuries as a result of the crash. However, it is unclear whether they were in the car or the tractor-trailer.
Major traffic delays were reported on the highway as cleanup crews worked to clear the roadway. Traffic began to get by slowly in a single lane at about noon.
