GAINESVILLE, FL – Gainesville police were dispatched to the scene of a collision between a scooter and a semi-truck Wednesday afternoon.
WJCB said the collision happened around 3 p.m. at the intersection of Southwest 2nd Avenue & Southwest 9th Street. After arriving, police shut down the area for the scene clearance and investigation period.
