Car, semi overturns near Fort White, claiming woman’s life 

NEAR FORT WHITE, FL – A tractor-trailer and a car rolled over upon colliding on SR 47 north, which claimed the life of a 63-year-old woman Thursday, WCJB reports.

The events unraveled around 6 a.m. north of Fort White when the car driver, the woman, had drifted off eastbound Elim Church Road, went into the path of the big rig, leading the vehicles to collide.

The woman perished at the scene, while the truck motorist was spared from injuries, Florida Highway Patrol said.
