ST. AUGUSTINE, FL – Two people were rushed to the hospital after a multi-vehicle crash involving a semi-truck on I-95 early Saturday.
According to WJXT, a semi-truck collided with the rear of a pickup truck in the northbound lanes of the interstate near International Golf Parkway at about 5 a.m. Both vehicles veered off the side of the roadway, where the pickup slammed into a tree.
Both drivers were wearing seatbelts when the incident occurred. They were subsequently transported to the hospital in serious condition. However, their injuries were deemed non-life-threatening.
