LITTLE ROCK, AR – Arkansas Department of Transportation crews had to temporarily shut down I-440 East due to a big rig wreck that caused asphalt to spill onto the road Friday.
DOT crews and Arkansas State Police responded to the scene before 10:45 a.m. and reopened the area before 2:30 p.m., KARK reports.
Officials have not stated the exact cause of the crash, including if anyone was injured.
