SURPRISE, AZ – A semi truck crash at a Surprise intersection killed one person and a dog, and injured several others early Friday morning, FOX 10 Phoenix reports.
The accident occurred at the intersection of Dysart Road and Grand Avenue around 3 am. The intersection was shut down in both directions for several hours.
The person who was killed has not been identified. Multiple people were transported to a nearby hospital.
The accident remains under investigation.
