PHOENIX – A man died after being struck by a semi-truck in a gas station parking lot in Phoenix early Monday morning, abc15 reports.
The accident occurred in the parking lot of the Circle K near 44th and Van Buren streets around 3 am. Authorities say the man was lying down in a dark area when the semi ran him over.
The truck driver was evaluated, and no signs of impairment were observed. The accident remains under investigation.
