MONTGOMERY COUNTY, AL — Authorities responded to a rollover crash involving a big rig Thursday morning, December 14, on Interstate 65 in Montgomery, reports 12 WSFA.
The accident was reported on the southbound highway approaching Exit 171 to Day Street and just north of the Interstate 85 interchange. It was first reported by ALGO Montgomery at 7:11 a.m.
Although the circumstances of the wreck were unclear, the overturned semi-truck created a significant traffic backup.
As of this writing, local agencies have not confirmed any major injuries and/or hospital transports from the scene.
