Tanker truck overturns along Highway 67 in Priceville  

PRICEVILLE, AL – A driver of a tanker truck lost control of their truck on Highway 67, leading them to drift off the road, which led the truck to overturn and release liquid nitrogen Thursday. 

Crews were able to remove the truck from the site after the nitrogen was released and does not pose harm to residents, according to WAFF. Authorities temporarily closed off the area and asked drivers to avoid the crash vicinity prior to the truck getting towed. 

The area has since reopened, but the events leading up to Thursday’s crash and whether anyone was injured remain unclear.
