Serious injuries reported in Littleville car, U.S. postal service truck accident 

LITTLEVILLE, AL – One person was left in serious condition as a result of a collision between a car and a U.S. Postal Service truck that happened in Littleville Friday.

The crash took place in the area of Highway 43 and Hickory Avenue, according to WAFF. Local police’s preliminary details suggest that the car driver was traveling south when they drifted across Highway 43 and collided with the U.S. Postal Service truck.

Medical helicopter personnel were called to the scene and transported the seriously injured person to a hospital.

Police are continuing to investigate the details behind the crash and have not announced any charges at this time.
