PHENIX CITY, AL – Officials are investigating the details behind what caused a tanker truck to overturn on Highway 280 near J.R. Allen Parkway last Wednesday, Jan. 15.
The crash was reported before noon, and Alabama Department of Transportation and Phenix City fire crews responded to the scene shortly after, according to WTVM.
