ACTON, AL – First responders were summoned to the scene of a double tractor-trailer collision that happened on I-495 North last Thursday, June 12.
The collision happened at the exit leading to Acton Road, according to ABC 3340.
Rocky Ridge Fire crews, Engine 101, Rescue 113, Haz-Mat 131, and District 120 all responded to the scene. Officials blocked the majority of the lanes but kept the far right lane open to accommodate the flow of traffic.
The exact cause of the crash, including the extent of injuries, has not been disclosed.
