MOBILE, AL – A driver of a Freightliner truck collided with a 2020 Ford Edge, leading the semi to collide head-on with a 2017 Kia Sportage, claiming the Kia driver’s life Sunday.

This multi-vehicle collision happened after 6 a.m. on Alabama 158 near milepost 4, according to Fox10TV. The impact of this wreck led the Kia driver, 44-year-old Yancy David Baker (who did not wear a safety device), to be thrown from his car, leading him to suffer fatal wounds.
