Two Injured in Ohio Semi-Truck Crash

WOOD COUNTY, OH – A collision on southbound I-75 involving three semi-trucks left both drivers injured Tuesday morning, 13abc reports.

According to Ohio State Highway Patrol, the accident occurred around 6:37 am when the driver of an International semi-truck struck a Freightliner semi as it was stopped on the shoulder near the 185 mile marker in Center Township. The International then crossed lanes and struck a third semi-truck.

The driver of the Freightliner was not in the vehicle at the time of the collision, but sustained non-life threatening injuries. He was taken to Wood County Hospital for treatment.

The International driver was taken to St. Vincent Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the third semi was unharmed.
