Cargo falls from vehicle, leading to fatal crash that killed man in Waverly

WAVERLY, VA – Another vehicle’s cargo had fallen, causing it to hit a moving semi-truck, resulting in a fatal crash that killed a man from Roanoke Thursday.

The truck driver succumbed to his injuries at the scene. He has since been identified as 64-year-old Keith Michael Loback.
