FORSYTHE CO., NC – One person was killed and two others were injured in a multi-vehicle crash involving a tractor-trailer near Tobaccoville on Thursday, July 27th.
According to WGHP, a vehicle collided with the guardrail on NC-52 near Moore-RJR Drive at about 11:30 p.m. The car then veered back onto the roadway and collided with a tractor-trailer.
An unidentified passenger in the vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver was hospitalized in serious condition.
The truck driver sustained minor injuries in the crash.
