FHP investigates double tractor-trailer collision near Palm City 

NEAR PALM CITY, FL – Florida Highway Patrol is investigating the details behind a double tractor-trailer collision that happened on Florida’s Turnpike North Wednesday.

The crash occurred along the Palm City exit leading to mile marker 133, according to WPBF. The Martin County Sheriff’s Office also responded to the scene and closed all northbound lanes for the clean-up process. During the closures, they advised officials to take the Palm City exit.

Authorities have not been able to specify the contributing factors behind Wednesday’s crash but could confirm that no one was seriously injured.
