NORTH VENICE, FL – A passenger died, and a driver was injured after their box truck crashed and overturned on I-75 North Monday.
Fox 13 News said the single box truck collision took place after 5 p.m. when the driver lost control of his truck and crashed into a traffic sign. The impact of the wreck caused the truck to overturn immediately.
The passenger was pronounced dead at the accident scene, while the driver sustained minor injuries. Florida Highway Patrol identified the passenger as a 36-year-old man from Hollywood and the driver as a 26-year-old man from Opa Locka.
