LEXINGTON, NC – A 48-year-old man lost his life after he crashed his 18-wheeler on East U.S. Highway 64 Tuesday, MyFox8 reports.
Lexington police arrived at the scene at 10:30 p.m. and declared the victim, the driver and sole occupant of his truck, dead at the scene. He has since been identified as Charles Michael Wayne Grasty from Waynesville.
