ALACHUA, FL – Alachua police and county deputies are working to determine why a driver of a big rig lost control of their truck and crashed into an electric pole Friday.
The collision occurred at the intersection of Northwest 140th Street and Northwest 158th Avenue, WCJB said. Upon arrival, officers, Alachua County deputies, and crews shut down the intersection along Northwest State Road 235 for the standard scene clearance procedure.
No injuries were reported at this time.
