Male motorcyclist loses life after crash with UPS truck in Fultondale

FULTONDALE, AL – A 31-year-old man riding a motorcyclist lost his life after crashing into a UPS delivery truck Saturday, WVTM 13 said.

The collision took place before 9 a.m. in the 600th block of Fulton Highway, adjacent to Fultondale Elementary School. Upon arrival, authorities declared the motorcyclist dead at the scene.

The victim has since been identified as Frederick Alexander DeLeon from Gardendale.

The Fultondale Police Department and the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office have launched an investigation.
